What This Can Entail

Interim Report Compilation

I work closely with your team to compile your annual interim report, ensuring it accurately reflects your program’s progress and compliance. From drafting to final review, I provide hands-on support to help you submit a polished, on-time report that meets COE expectations.

Pre-Visit Faculty & Staff Preparation

To ensure your team is ready for the site visit, I facilitate meetings with faculty, staff, and students to explain the accreditation process and expectations. I also support committees in refining their presentations and messaging to align with COE priorities.

Physical Facilities Tour & Report

I conduct a walkthrough of your physical facilities—virtually or in person—to identify issues that could raise concerns during a site visit. You'll receive a detailed report outlining any deficiencies, helping you prioritize improvements before accreditation reviewers arrive.

Self-Study Review & Recommendations

Preparing for a site visit starts with a strong self-study. I assist your team in developing this comprehensive document, then provide a detailed review with recommendations—so you can move into your visit with confidence and a clear narrative.

Post-Visit Review & Rebuttal Support

To ensure your team is ready for the site visit, I facilitate meetings with faculty, staff, and students to explain the accreditation process and expectations. I also support committees in refining their presentations and messaging to align with COE priorities.

Support for Probationary Accreditation

Programs facing probation or terminal accreditation need a structured, responsive strategy. I help organize your documentation, draft quarterly reports, and guide your team toward long-term resolution—bringing stability and clarity back to your accreditation journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The self-study is due to the COE 12 weeks before the scheduled visit and takes at least 2 months to prepare. Therefore, having everything organized by contacting me up to 5-6 months before the site visit ensures support is available as necessary.

  • Yes! As a former member of the COE, I am well aware of the need for confidentiality when working with schools and will uphold those same standards at all times.

  • An accreditation course is available to improve understanding of the faculty and staff about all aspects of accreditation. Individual meetings with specific groups of faculty and staff just prior to a site visit can help them understand their role during the site visit and how best to respond to questions from the COE site team.
